Horsefeathers Sneak the Tweak: Last Swipe was exactly the kind of spring shred you won’t forget. A sunny day at Hintertux, a packed snowpark, and the Horsefeathers crew ready to make the most of the last weekend day of the Tirol Card. Tricks were flying, cash was flowing, music was bumping, and the whole day was soaked in pure snowboard vibes. This is exactly how a season should end.
We’ve been running the Horsefeathers Sneak the Tweak event for quite a while now, but this year had a special twist – it took place at Hintertux, under the name Last Swipe with the Horsefeathers team. Why? It was the last weekend day the Tirol Card was valid – the perfect moment to throw one final session and say goodbye to the season in style.
The weather was on point – after a few cloudy days, we finally got that perfect sunny shred day. A solid crowd showed up at the park, and the vibes were high right from the start. We kicked things off with a session by Ethan Morgan and Steve Gruber on the first platform of the medium jump line. Riders were going big straight over the jumps, but also sending creative transitions, since Ethan’s part was called the Tranny Session – all about side-to-side transfers and playful takeoffs. At the same time, we had Steve’s Style Session going down – and if you know Steve, you know that guy brings style every single time!
During the first sessions, two long trains went down – around 15–20 riders dropped in one after another, sending it through the entire jump line. At the end, Ethan handed out his full cash stash right after the very first train, rewarding the crew for the heavy riding.
"Sneak the Tweak was such a fun day! It was the last weekend for the Tirol Card, so all the homies came out to enjoy one final day on the hill. The highlight for me was riding the train with everyone — it's always a blast to link up with a bunch of homies and new friends. Good times! Thanks, Horsefeathers!" - Ethan Morgan

"Such a great day at BetterParks Hintertux for the Horsefeathers Sneak the Tweak sessions! Cruising the small jump line during the Style Session was a blast, and it was amazing to see all the girls and boys sending it with style. Ethan’s Tranny (Train) Session brought such a good vibe — we rode all day, right up until the final Jib Session as the lifts were closing. The Horsefeathers vouchers and Cash for Tricks were the cherry on top and got everyone hyped. Big thanks to everyone — it was a blast!"- Steve Gruber
Next up was Anne’s Women’s Jib Session, held on two jib platforms in the upper part of the snowpark. Around 10–15 girls joined in for a laid-back jam, where Anne was handing out cash for solid tricks and stylish moves.
Then we moved down to Fabi’s One-Foot Session. The rule was simple – everyone had to ride with just one foot strapped in, and some even sent it completely loose, skate-style. The session went down on a quarter pipe with a radius and a rail on top. At first, it was pretty quiet, but it picked up fast and eventually around 15–20 riders got involved. Even legend Steve Gruber jumped in and, after a few tries, managed to stomp a proper one-foot trick. The youngest of the crew, Maty Krejčí, absolutely killed it – he threw a flip out of the rail. Sure, he had both feet strapped in, but with a move like that, no one was complaining!

"It was really really fun, even way better than I expected. A lot of people did they one foot trick for the first time, that was sick and it really hyped me up!“ - Fabi Fraidl
The day wrapped up with the Final Hike Session, held on the lower platform of the snowpark. For the last hour, we kept riding, hiking back up for another hit, and handing out the rest of the cash and vouchers. All day long, Ferdi was on the mic at the top of the setup, hyping people into trains and keeping the crowd stoked. Music? That was in the hands of our techno master Ethan, who brought his soundbox, linked it with Fabi’s speaker, and dropped his playlist – turning the park into a proper on-snow party.
A strong crew from our team showed up for the event – Ethan Morgan, Steve Gruber, Fabian Fraidl, Maty Krejčí, Zenja Potapov (aka snappyboarder), Anne Sophie Lechon, Jacco Bos, Láďa Hrstka, and Robin Wiik.

"I was really stoked to host the Girls’ Jib Session! The girls were sending it — trying new tricks, hiking back up, and landing them for some cash and Horsefeathers vouchers. There were some super cool tricks like BS 50-50 to nosepress, 180 in 180 out, FS boardslide, and even a BS blunt 270! I walked away with a big smile on my face, grateful for this event and so hyped to see the girls’ level rising and the jib community growing!" - Anne Sophie Lechon
Horsefeathers Sneak the Tweak: Last Swipe at Hintertux delivered the perfect end-of-season send-off – sunshine, a packed snowpark, an energetic crew, and proper spring shred vibes. Throughout the day, four different sessions went down – from stylish jumps and jibs, to one-foot madness, and the final hike session to close it all out. We handed out €1,200 in cash and €1,500 in vouchers. Trains, music, hype, and a strong team atmosphere made it clear: snowboarding is all about having fun with your crew. And the highlight of the day? According to most riders, it was the train with Ethan flying through the park. For us, that’s how you wrap up a season. See ya soon!
