Retail manager

We are currently looking for a new teammate to join our retail team as a Retail Manager.

Employment type: Full-time 
Location: Home office or office in Prague/Pilsen

What will you do?

• Be responsible for the strategy and development of the Horsefeathers retail network.
• Be responsible for meeting the network’s financial targets.
• Create sales, cost, and merchandise plans.
• Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage people and store quality on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the retail team and employees.

What do we expect?

• Responsibility, independence, and strong analytical skills.
• Good PC skills and understanding of retail operations.
• Experience with the Vario system is an advantage (not a requirement).
• Passion for board/action sports.
• Previous retail experience, at least in a store manager position.
• English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
