Retail manager
Are you an action sports enthusiast? Do you love snowboarding and biking? Are you into challenges and retail, and ready to take the next step in your career? Then bring your skills into the informal environment of a progressive action sports company with a long-standing tradition. We are currently looking for a new teammate to join our retail team as a Retail Manager.
Employment type: Full-timeÂ
Location: Home office or office in Prague/Pilsen
What will you do?
- Be responsible for the strategy and development of the Horsefeathers retail network.
- Be responsible for meeting the network’s financial targets.
- Create sales, cost, and merchandise plans.
- Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams.
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage people and store quality on a daily basis.
- Be responsible for the retail team and employees.
What do we expect?
- Responsibility, independence, and strong analytical skills.
- Good PC skills and understanding of retail operations.
- Experience with the Vario system is an advantage (not a requirement).
- Passion for board/action sports.
- Previous retail experience, at least in a store manager position.
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
