P-Life is a patented additive technology that creates oxo-biodegradable polymers from polyolefin polymers, which are considered biodegradable polymers. P-Life® creates a molecular cleavage in the polymer chain, which allows oxygen to bind to the polymer and break it down into smaller and smaller compounds. These can then be naturally consumed by microorganisms that convert the compounds into organic biomass.
