Personal data processing agreement for marketing purposes

I agree that STIGMA DISTRIBUTION, s.r.o., with headquarters in Slovanská alej 1960/24, Východní Předměstí, 326 00 Plzeň VAT: CZ25206338 (further “Company”) will process the following personal data according to the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council:

  • Name and Surname
  • E-mail (further “personal data”, or “data”)
  1. The above-mentioned personal data will be utilized by the Company for marketing purposes, namely to send Company newsletters to the person who has given the consent. The agreement is granted for a duration of 10 years. The person giving this consent is aware, the Company will manage the above-mentioned personal data for the duration of that time.
  2. The personal data will be managed solely by the Company, or an entity, which is subcontracted by the Company to conduct data processing.
  3. The agreement may be withdrawn from at any time by sending an e-mail, or a letter to:

  4. The Company further informs all customers on the following rights:
    1. The right to obtain information whether personal data is, or is not being processed by the Company and if the data is being processed the customer may access the following information: the purpose of processing, categories of used personal data, entities, or categories of entities which had, or will have access to the data, namely entities in other countries, or international organizations, the planned time period for which the data will be stored, or, if it is not possible to determine this, the criteria used to define this time period, the existence of the right to request the company to amend or delete personal details, relevant to customer, or limiting the extent of the use of the personal data, or to object against such processing, the right to submit a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
    2. The right to have the Company, without unnecessary delays, correct incorrect personal data relevant to the customer. According to the purpose of the data processing, the right to amend incomplete personal data also by submitting an additional statement.
    3. The right to request the Company to erase, without unnecessary delays, personal data relevant to that person; the Company is required to do so without unnecessary delays if one of the following reasons is given: the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes they were collected for, or otherwise utilized, the customer cancels the agreement and there is no other legal title for further processing, the personal data have been utilized against lawful regulations, the personal data must be erased to meet legal requirements, stated in the EU law, or a member state, which relate to the Company
    4. The right that the Company reduce the extent the personal data is utilized, should the accuracy be questioned, for the duration of the time needed to verify this by the Company, the data processing is unlawful and the Company is asked to limit the use of the data instead of deleting the data, the personal data are not needed for processing, but are needed for the fulfilment of legal requirements.
    5. The right to request the Company to transfer their personal data to another Company determined by the customer.
    6. The right to object against the processing of the personal data by the Company.
    7. The right, in case of doubts whether personal data are used in accordance with legal regulations, to question the Company as well as the Supervisory Authority.

I agree that STIGMA DISTRIBUTION, s.r.o., with headquarters in Slovanská alej 1960/24, Východní Předměstí, 326 00 Plzeň VAT: CZ25206338 (further “Company”) will process the following personal data according to the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council:

  • Name and Surname
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail
  • In case of business contacts VAT # and company ID # (further “personal data”, or “data”)
  1. The above-mentioned personal data will be utilized by the Company for marketing purposes, namely to send Company newsletters to the person who has given the consent. The agreement is granted for the duration of 5 years. The person giving this consent is aware, the Company will manage the above-mentioned personal data for the duration of that time.
