The package will be handed to the courier within 3 working days after your order is received.

The duration of transportation by the company DHL depends on the destination zone:

  • for Zone 1 it is 1 business day
  • for Zone 2 it is 1 business day
  • for Zone 3 it is 2-3 business days + time for customs clearance
  • for Zone 4 it is 2-3 business days + time for customs clearance

As soon as the package is dispatched, you will get an email with the package number that will allow you to track the package. Packages are delivered according to INCOTERMS 2010 standards with the delivery term DAP.


3 Methods of payment

3.1 Payment card

To pay with a payment card, choose the option Payment card on the checkout page.

After completing the payment, you will be redirected to the payment gateway GP webpay where you need to enter your credit card information (holder credit card, credit card number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 – the last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card). The entire data transfer is secured by SSL

The system accepts MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron payment cards. "MasterCard Secure" and "Verified by Visa" Credit cards and debit cards issued by a U.S. financial institution are not accepted.

After the payment is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our e-shop where the information regarding the payment result will be displayed If the transaction was completed successfully, the shopping process is completed. Payment can fail due to one of the reasons:

  • Information on your credit card was filled out incorrectly.
  • At the moment of the payment, there was not enough credit on your account to perform the payment.
  • The payment card is not authorized for internet transactions - address the card issuer (your banking institution) directly.
  • Technical problem or some other problem with the card – card validity, exceeded limit, etc.

In the case of unsuccessful payment please contact us immediately by e-mail info@horsefeathers.eu or phone +420 739 593 735 to verify the payment status. Based on a mutual agreement, it is of course possible to choose other methods of payment.

Otherwise your order will be automatically CANCELED after 10 calendar days!

3.2 Money transfer

Payment for merchandise can be done by a money transfer to our bank account:

  • IBAN: CZ2101000000351683890237
  • ACCOUNT: 35-1683890237/0100

Choose the option Money transfer on the checkout page. After completing the order, the variable symbol for money transfer will be displayed under which you will perform the payment. The variable symbol matches the order number, for example 12345. If we do not receive the payment for your order to our above stated account within 10 calendar days after receiving your order, the order will be automatically CANCELED! Merchandise is dispatched as soon as the payment is credited to our account. The banking transaction takes up to 3 days.

3.3 Pay Pal

Paypal is an online payment system which will allow you to pay over the internet in a simple, quick and secure way. All you need is an account at Paypal which functions as an ordinary bank account.

If you want to pay through Paypal you need to choose the PayPal payment option on the checkout page.

After your order is sent and a successful receipt is received you enter the PayPal payment gate by clicking on the PayPal logo which is placed in the end of the summary in the last step of the order designated as “SUMMARY OF THE ORDER”. After signing into your PayPal account the summary of the payment for your order at Horsefeathers will be displayed and you just need to confirm it.

If you do not succeed to pay through the PayPal system from some reason, please contact us immediately. Based on a mutual agreement, it is of course possible to choose other methods of payment.

Otherwise your order will be automatically CANCELED after 10 calendar days!


4 Registration of user

Registration is not obligatory. However, if you register you will receive the following advantages:

  • you can monitor the dispatch status of your order
  • you have the option to be informed by email about discounts or actions regarding certain merchandise or newly stocked merchandise

5 Return or exchange of merchandise, return of money

Unused merchandise can be returned without any trouble in the time limit provided by law. If you send unused merchandise back within 30 days, you can exchange it for other merchandise or you can get your money back. The returned merchandise may not show any marks from being used or washed, it may not be damaged or dirty, and it has to be wrapped in the original packaging with complete tags. Otherwise the exchange or return will not be possible and the merchandise will be sent back. The merchandise for exchange should be sent as a regular package (not cash on delivery) with a copy of the invoice and with a filled out a Warranty/Return form. Your requirement or wish cannot be correctly handled without these specific data filled out. Money for returned goods will be credited to the account that you determine. If you return the entire order, then the money return applies to the merchandise value and also to the shipping charges you paid with your order. The money refund will be made within 14 days.

In accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU the customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal from the contract.

You will not be charged any postage for the first exchange of merchandise and you will only pay the postage for sending the merchandise to us. However, you will be charged the postage for any further exchange within the same order.

6 Sales returns

The warranty period and complaint procedure of the company STIGMA DISTRIBUTION, s.r.o. is governed by generally binding legal regulations. Every e-shop customer is entitled to make a sales return within 24 months after the respective tax document is issued. We have the obligation to process the complaint at the latest within 30 days from when it was made. Please send the merchandise subject to complaint as a regular package (not cash on delivery) to the suppliers’ address below together with a copy of the invoice and with the Warranty/Return form. Please fill out the reason for the complaint. All sales returns can be accepted only in writing.

Changes on the material corresponding with the duration of use or faults caused by either incorrect maintenance or incorrect use of the product cannot be considered as a defect.

The warranty does not apply to damages caused by:

  • inappropriate use of goods
  • mechanical damage or normal wear
  • damage by fire or other elements

If a defect is found, the merchandise should not be worn anymore and a sales return should be made immediately. If you fail to do so and the defect is extended due to further use, you take the risk that your sales return will not be accepted.

7 How to use the disscount coupon

Did you get Horsefeathers discount coupon? It is very easy to use it:

  1. Add the chosen items to your shopping cart.
  2. View cart, enter the coupon code into field Have a Coupon?
  3. Press Apply button to accept your coupon code.
  4. Your coupon code has been processed correctly, if you see it as the last item in your cart totals.
  5. You can see price in total.
  6. Continue to Checkout page
  7. To complete your order fill billing&shipping details and press the Place order button.

After sending your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details of your order.

Reasons why your discount coupon may not be accepted:

  • You may have typed in the coupon code incorrectly. Please try again and make sure you enter the code in all CAPS and include all dashes. If you continue to experience issues with your coupon code, please contact us via e-mail info@horsefeathers.eu or phone +420 739 593 735.
  • Your coupon code is expired. Please check the expiration date of the coupon code to ensure your code is still valid.
  • Your coupon code has already been used (one coupon code can be used only once in Horsefeathers web).

8 ISIC (scholar), IYTC, ITIC and Staff card

Get the 10% discount on the entire not reduced collection using your valid ISIC, (SCHOLAR), IYTC, ITIC, ALIVE or STAFF CARD. Enter your data in the cart:

  • Name and Surname
